Product Description
The Brushed Heavy Cotton Cap with Checker Plate on Peak from Promotional Print takes a classic cap silhouette and adds a bold design detail that resonates with trades, automotive, and industrial audiences. The checker plate pattern printed on the peak gives this cap an unmistakable workshop aesthetic, making it a standout choice for branded headwear in these sectors.
Checker plate, also known as diamond plate or tread plate, is instantly recognisable from ute trays, toolboxes, and workshop floors across Australia. Incorporating that pattern into the cap's peak creates an immediate visual connection with trades culture. For businesses in construction, fabrication, mechanical services, and automotive industries, this cap speaks the same language as their customers and staff.
The body of the cap is made from brushed heavy cotton, a durable and comfortable fabric that holds up to daily wear. The brushed finish gives it a soft hand feel while the heavy weight ensures the cap keeps its shape through long days on site or on the road. A structured six-panel design and pre-curved peak maintain a clean profile, and the adjustable rear closure fits a wide range of head sizes.
Embroidery branding on the front panels places your logo above the checker plate detail, creating a layered design that looks intentional and well thought out. Promotional Print handles embroidery in-house, so colour matching and stitch quality are tightly controlled across every cap.
This cap works especially well as branded merchandise for trade supply stores, tool retailers, automotive workshops, and fabrication businesses. It also makes a strong giveaway at trade expos, car shows, and industry events where your audience connects with the industrial design language.
The heavy cotton fabric is easy to care for and maintains its colour and shape through regular washing. It is built for the kind of real-world use that worksite headwear demands.
Available in select colour options with competitive pricing on all quantities. Promotional Print ships Australia-wide.
