Breathable Poly Twill with Peak Flash Print

Product Description

The Breathable Poly Twill Cap with Peak Flash Print from Promotional Print features a printed design element on the underside of the peak that reveals itself when the cap is removed, tipped back, or viewed from below. This hidden branding opportunity adds a surprise detail that makes the cap more memorable and gives you an additional surface for messaging or design.

Peak flash prints are a clever use of an often-overlooked area. While the top of the cap carries your embroidered logo for outward-facing visibility, the underside of the peak speaks directly to the wearer and anyone standing close enough to catch a glimpse. It is a space used for secondary logos, taglines, pattern prints, or graphic elements that add personality to the cap.

The breathable poly twill body fabric keeps the cap practical for outdoor use. The lightweight weave promotes airflow, and the smooth surface holds embroidered front-panel branding cleanly. Poly twill is durable, colour-fast, and easy to maintain, making it a reliable base for everyday headwear.

A structured six-panel construction, pre-curved peak, and adjustable rear closure give the cap a classic, comfortable fit across a wide range of head sizes.

Embroidery on the front panels and the flash print on the peak underside work as a combined branding package. Promotional Print handles both elements in-house for coordinated quality.

This cap works well for brands that enjoy adding Easter egg details to their merchandise. Hospitality venues, streetwear labels, breweries, event organisers, and creative agencies all appreciate the conversation-starter quality of a hidden peak print.

The poly twill and printed peak are durable and machine washable. The flash print retains its clarity through regular laundering.

Available in select colour and print options with competitive pricing. Promotional Print ships across Australia.
