Product Description
The Brushed Heavy Cotton Cap with Crown Piping and Sandwich from Promotional Print uses fine piping lines along the crown seams and a sandwich trim on the peak to add subtle, refined detail. These accents introduce contrasting colour without overwhelming the design, creating a cap that feels elevated but not overly busy.
Crown piping is a narrow cord of contrasting fabric inserted along the seam lines of the crown panels. It traces the construction of the cap, turning structural joins into visible design elements. The effect is similar to pinstriping on a vehicle or piping on a blazer lapel. It is a finishing detail that signals quality craftsmanship and careful design.
The sandwich detail adds a second accent along the peak edge, where a strip of contrasting fabric sits between the top and underside of the brim. From a side angle, this trim creates a clean colour line that frames the cap's profile and adds depth.
Brushed heavy cotton forms the body of the cap. The fabric is soft to the touch, substantial in weight, and durable through regular wear. The six-panel construction holds a structured shape, the pre-curved peak provides shade, and the adjustable rear closure fits a range of head sizes comfortably.
Embroidery on the front panels is enhanced by the piping and sandwich details. The fine accent lines draw the eye across the cap, creating a visual flow that connects the branded logo to the overall design. Promotional Print manages embroidery in-house for consistent quality.
This cap is well suited to corporate events, golf days, professional services branding, premium hospitality merchandise, and any application where understated elegance is more effective than bold graphics. The piping and sandwich details communicate quality without shouting.
All components are machine washable and retain their appearance through regular use.
