Brushed Heavy Cotton with Double Flame

Product Description

The Brushed Heavy Cotton Cap with Double Flame from Promotional Print features a flame graphic accent that makes an instant impression. The double flame motif is embroidered or printed across the peak and lower crown, adding energy and movement to a cap that is built for motorsport fans, hot rod enthusiasts, trades workers, and brands that want their headwear to carry some attitude.

Flame designs have deep roots in automotive and racing culture. From custom paintwork on muscle cars to drag strip merchandise, the flame motif signals speed, power, and a passion for performance. By incorporating this detail into a quality brushed heavy cotton cap, Promotional Print gives you a base product that already tells a visual story before your logo even goes on.

The brushed heavy cotton body provides a durable, comfortable wearing experience. The fabric is soft against the skin thanks to the brushed finish, and the heavy weight ensures the cap holds its shape through active use. The six-panel structure, pre-curved peak, and adjustable rear closure deliver a classic fit that works for most wearers.

Embroidery branding is positioned on the front panels, sitting above or alongside the flame detail. This placement creates a cohesive design where your logo and the decorative element work together rather than competing for attention. Promotional Print manages embroidery in-house, providing precise colour matching and consistent execution.

This cap is a natural fit for automotive workshops, performance parts retailers, car show organisers, motorcycle clubs, and barbecue or grill brands looking for headwear that matches their bold product personality. It also works as event merchandise at races, burnout competitions, and car meets.

The brushed heavy cotton fabric is low maintenance and built to last. It handles regular washing without losing colour or shape, so it stays looking sharp season after season.

Available in select colourways with competitive pricing. Promotional Print ships throughout Australia.
