Brushed Cotton
Kids Trucker Cap
Organic brushed Heavy Cotton/Mesh Back Cap
Product Description
The Brushed Heavy Cotton Cap with Reflective Trim Tab on Peak from Promotional Print adds a functional safety detail to a classic brushed cotton cap. A reflective trim tab is positioned on the peak, catching and returning light from headlights and torches, providing a subtle but effective visibility boost for wearers who are active near roads or in low-light environments.
Unlike full hi-vis caps, this style maintains the appearance of a standard branded cap with just a small reflective element. The trim tab sits neatly on the peak, adding a safety feature without transforming the cap into dedicated workwear. This makes it ideal for situations where visibility is beneficial but formal PPE is not required. Dog walkers, evening joggers, delivery drivers, and outdoor hospitality staff all benefit from a touch of reflectivity on their headwear.
The cap body is brushed heavy cotton, offering the familiar soft feel and structured weight that this fabric is known for. The six-panel construction holds its shape, the pre-curved peak provides shade during daylight hours, and the adjustable rear closure fits a range of head sizes comfortably.
Embroidery branding on the front panels sits prominently against the brushed cotton surface. The reflective tab on the peak is positioned to complement the branding without competing with it. Promotional Print handles all embroidery in-house for consistent quality and colour matching.
This cap appeals to businesses where team members work outdoors during transitional light hours. Courier companies, hospitality venues with outdoor seating, pet service businesses, early-morning fitness groups, and community event volunteers all gain practical value from the reflective trim tab.
The brushed heavy cotton is machine washable, and the reflective tab retains its light-returning properties through regular laundering.
Available in select colourways with competitive pricing. Promotional Print delivers across Australia.
