Product Description
The Sandwich Mesh Cap with Dream Fit Styling from Promotional Print brings together three premium features in one cap: a contrasting sandwich trim on the peak, breathable mesh panels, and the stretch-fit Dream Fit internal band that moulds to the wearer's head for a secure, strap-free fit.
The Dream Fit system replaces the traditional adjustable closure with an internal elastic band that gently conforms to different head sizes within its range. The result is a cleaner rear profile with no buckle, snapback, or Velcro strip. The cap holds firmly in place during movement and activity, which makes it a favourite among golfers, sports players, and professionals who find fiddly adjustable straps annoying.
Mesh panels across the rear and side sections of the cap provide excellent airflow. Heat escapes through the mesh weave, keeping the head cool during warm weather and physical activity. The mesh is structured and durable, so the cap maintains its shape and appearance even after extended use.
The sandwich trim detail introduces a contrasting colour strip between the peak layers, visible along the edge. It is a small but effective design accent that adds visual depth and signals a higher level of construction quality. Paired with the Dream Fit comfort and mesh breathability, this cap delivers a lot of functionality in a refined package.
Embroidery branding on the front panels benefits from the structured fabric surface, producing crisp logos and clean text. Promotional Print manages all embroidery production in-house, maintaining colour accuracy and consistent placement across every cap in the order.
This cap suits corporate golf days, premium brand promotions, executive team merchandise, and sporting clubs that want their headwear to feel more tailored. The combination of Dream Fit comfort, mesh cooling, and sandwich detailing positions it above entry-level promotional caps.
The fabrics are easy to care for and maintain their performance through regular washing.
Available in a range of colour combinations with competitive pricing. Promotional Print delivers throughout Australia.
