Product Description
The Sports Ripstop Cap with Sandwich Trim from Promotional Print pairs the tear-resistant performance of ripstop fabric with a contrasting sandwich trim detail on the peak. This combination delivers a cap that is both tough enough for outdoor use and polished enough for branded merchandise and corporate giveaways.
The sandwich trim is a narrow strip of contrasting fabric visible between the top and underside of the peak. It adds a colour accent that gives the cap a more finished, designed appearance compared to a plain single-colour style. From a side angle, the trim catches the eye and communicates a level of attention to detail that recipients notice.
Ripstop fabric provides the performance backbone. The reinforced crosshatch weave prevents small tears from spreading, adding genuine durability to a cap that may encounter rough handling on worksites, during outdoor recreation, or at sporting events. The fabric is also lightweight and breathable, sitting comfortably on the head without trapping heat.
A structured six-panel design holds the cap's classic profile. The pre-curved peak provides shade, and the adjustable rear closure ensures a comfortable fit across different head sizes. The overall silhouette is versatile and suits both active and casual settings.
Front-panel embroidery sits cleanly against the ripstop surface, with the sandwich trim adding a complementary colour element below the peak. Together, the branding and trim create a cohesive, intentional look. Promotional Print runs all embroidery in-house to maintain quality and precision.
This cap suits outdoor brands, construction companies, sporting organisations, event promoters, and any business that values headwear combining durability with visual polish. The sandwich trim elevates it beyond a basic workwear cap, making it appropriate for both site use and public-facing events.
The ripstop fabric is straightforward to care for. It washes easily and retains its colour, shape, and tear resistance over time.
Available in select colour combinations with competitive pricing on all quantities. Promotional Print delivers Australia-wide.
