Kids Trucker Cap
Spring Woven Fabric with Mesh to Side Panels and Peak
Cotton Cycling Cap
Product Description
The Breathable Poly Twill Cap with Mesh Back from Promotional Print is a reliable trucker-style cap that balances a polished front presentation with open-mesh ventilation at the rear. It is one of the most practical and popular cap styles for Australian conditions, where keeping cool outdoors is a year-round priority.
Poly twill front panels provide a smooth, professional surface for embroidered branding. The fabric is lightweight, resists creasing, and holds its colour well through washing and sun exposure. Behind the front panels, mesh takes over, allowing warm air to escape and fresh air to circulate around the sides and back of the head.
This trucker construction is the go-to choice for businesses that need caps to function in the heat. Landscapers, builders, delivery drivers, event volunteers, and hospitality staff working outdoors all benefit from the mesh back's cooling properties. The cap stays comfortable through a full shift, which means it stays on the head and your branding stays visible.
The six-panel structured design holds the cap's shape. A pre-curved peak shades the eyes, and the adjustable rear closure, typically a snap or strap, fits a wide range of head sizes.
Embroidery on the poly twill front panels is managed in-house by Promotional Print. The smooth surface supports detailed logos and clean text reproduction with consistent colour accuracy.
This cap suits trade businesses, outdoor event teams, farming operations, sporting clubs, retail brands, and any organisation that distributes headwear to people who will wear it outdoors. The combination of a professional front and a functional mesh back makes it appropriate for both customer-facing and worksite settings.
The poly twill and mesh are easy to maintain. Both materials hold up well through regular machine washing.
Available in multiple colourways with competitive pricing across all order volumes. Promotional Print delivers throughout Australia.
