Breathable Poly Twill With Mesh Back
Premium American Twill A Frame Cap with Mesh Back
Product Description
This additional colourway of the Premium Pioneer Sports Twill Cap with Tear Drop Perforations from Promotional Print expands your options for ventilated branded headwear. The same premium construction, smooth sports twill fabric, and strategically placed perforations are carried across to this variant, giving organisations more flexibility to match cap colour to brand guidelines.
Tear-drop perforations cut into the side panels allow warm air to escape, delivering passive cooling without relying on mesh inserts. This keeps the cap looking clean and solid from the front while providing noticeable airflow around the crown. For wearers spending time outdoors in Australian conditions, that ventilation makes the difference between a cap that gets pulled off after an hour and one that stays on comfortably all day.
Sports twill is a tightly woven, durable fabric that holds its structure and colour well. It provides a smooth canvas for embroidered branding, producing sharp results that look professional and polished. The six-panel construction maintains a classic cap profile, and the pre-curved peak offers practical shade.
Having this cap available in multiple colourways is useful for businesses with specific brand colours, franchises operating under different liveries, or sporting clubs with several teams. You keep the same quality and style across the board while distinguishing groups by colour.
Embroidery on the front panels is handled in-house by Promotional Print. Colour matching and stitch placement remain consistent whether you are ordering one colour or several. If you already have embroidery artwork on file from a previous Pioneer cap order, we can reference it for a seamless match.
The rear closure is adjustable, fitting a wide range of head sizes. The fabric is machine washable and retains its appearance through regular use.
Competitive pricing is available on all order sizes, with volume discounts for larger runs. Promotional Print ships across Australia with reliable turnaround.
