Luminescent Safety Cap
Kids Trucker Cap
Spring Woven Fabric with Mesh to Side Panels and Peak
Product Description
The Microfibre Mesh Sports Cap with Reflective Trim from Promotional Print is designed for active wearers who need a lightweight, breathable cap with added visibility features. The combination of microfibre panels, mesh ventilation, and reflective trim makes it a practical choice for runners, cyclists, outdoor fitness groups, and workers who are active near traffic during early morning or evening hours.
Microfibre is a smooth, lightweight fabric that drapes well, dries quickly, and resists wrinkling. It sits comfortably against the skin during movement and does not absorb excess moisture, which helps keep the wearer's head cool and dry during exercise. The mesh panels positioned at the sides and rear of the cap further enhance ventilation, allowing heat to dissipate efficiently.
The reflective trim adds a safety dimension. Positioned along the cap's edges, the trim catches and returns light from vehicle headlights, street lamps, and torches. For runners training on suburban streets before dawn, cyclists sharing roads with traffic, and outdoor workers active during twilight hours, this reflective detail provides a meaningful boost to visibility.
A structured design holds the cap's shape during activity, and the pre-curved peak shades the eyes from sun and overhead lighting. The adjustable rear closure keeps the cap secure during vigorous movement, preventing it from shifting or flying off.
Embroidery branding is available on the front panels, where logos sit prominently against the smooth microfibre surface. Promotional Print handles all branding in-house, ensuring clean stitch work and accurate colour matching.
This cap suits running clubs, personal trainers, outdoor boot camp organisers, cycling teams, council fitness programs, and workplaces that encourage active commuting. It also works well as event merchandise for fun runs, charity walks, and community fitness challenges.
The microfibre and mesh construction is easy to wash and maintain. It holds its shape and performance qualities through regular use.
Available in select colourways with competitive pricing. Promotional Print delivers Australia-wide.
