Brushed Cotton

Product Description

This extended colourway of the Brushed Cotton Cap from Promotional Print adds another shade to one of the most widely ordered promotional cap fabrics. Brushed cotton remains a top choice for branded headwear because of its soft surface, comfortable fit, and excellent embroidery results, and this additional colour option helps more businesses find their exact brand match.

Brushed cotton undergoes a finishing process that raises the surface fibres, creating a velvety texture that feels noticeably softer than standard cotton or poly fabrics. This softness translates into a cap that people enjoy wearing, which is the most important factor in promotional headwear. A cap that sits comfortably earns regular use, and regular use means ongoing brand visibility.

The cap follows a classic six-panel construction with a pre-curved peak and adjustable rear closure. The fit is universally comfortable, and the silhouette is timeless enough to work across casual, corporate, and sporting applications.

Front-panel embroidery produces strong results on the brushed surface. The smooth fabric holds stitch detail well, and the soft background gives logos a warm, integrated appearance. Promotional Print handles all embroidery in-house for consistent quality.

Each additional colourway in the brushed cotton range serves businesses with specific brand palette requirements. It also benefits retailers stocking multiple colour options and organisations that colour-code their headwear for different groups, departments, or events.

The brushed cotton is machine washable and maintains its soft surface and colour through regular use. It gets more comfortable with each wear without losing its shape.

Competitive pricing is available on all order volumes, with discounts for larger runs. Promotional Print delivers across Australia.
