Brushed Heavy Cotton with Inserts on the Peak & Crown

Product Description

The Brushed Heavy Cotton Cap with Inserts on the Peak and Crown from Promotional Print distributes contrasting colour panels across both the crown and the peak, creating a cap with a comprehensive two-tone treatment that covers the full surface. This broader colour distribution gives the cap a more complete, designed appearance compared to caps with accents limited to a single area.

By placing inserts on both the peak and the crown, the contrasting colour becomes a core part of the cap's visual identity rather than just an accent. The result is a cap that reads as fully designed from every angle, which makes it a stronger piece of branded merchandise. Whether viewed from the front, side, or rear, the colour interplay is visible and intentional.

Brushed heavy cotton forms the primary fabric. It is soft, durable, and provides the structured weight that quality caps require. The brushed surface delivers comfort against the skin, and the heavy cotton holds the six-panel shape firmly. A pre-curved peak offers shade, and an adjustable rear closure fits a range of head sizes.

Embroidery branding on the front panels is framed by the surrounding colour inserts, giving the logo context and visual support. The insert colours can be coordinated with embroidery thread to create a unified palette. Promotional Print handles all embroidery in-house for precise execution.

This cap suits sporting clubs with multi-coloured branding, automotive companies, franchise businesses, event merchandise, and any brand that benefits from a more dynamic colour presentation on their headwear.

The brushed heavy cotton and insert panels are both machine washable and hold their colour and shape through regular use. The construction is robust, with insert seams that stay clean and tight over time.

Available in curated colour combinations with competitive pricing on all order sizes. Promotional Print delivers throughout Australia.
