Cotton Twill Square Front

Product Description

The Cotton Twill Square Front Cap from Promotional Print features a flat, squared-off front panel that creates a wider, more angular branding surface than a standard rounded cap. This distinctive front shape gives the cap a structured, purposeful appearance and provides a generous canvas for embroidered logos and text.

The square front profile is particularly effective for branding. The flat panel sits upright and forward-facing, presenting your logo at a naturally prominent angle. Larger logos, wider text, and multi-element designs that might feel cramped on a standard cap have room to breathe on the square front surface. The result is a bolder, more visible brand presence.

Cotton twill forms the cap's body fabric. It is a smooth, durable material with a diagonal weave that holds colour vibrantly and supports clean, detailed embroidery work. Cotton twill is comfortable to wear, breathes adequately in mild conditions, and holds its shape through regular use.

A structured construction maintains the squared profile throughout the day. The pre-curved peak shades the eyes, and the adjustable rear closure fits a range of head sizes.

Embroidery is handled in-house by Promotional Print. The smooth twill surface and squared front panel combine to produce a bold, professional branding result that stands out from standard cap shapes.

This cap appeals to businesses that want their logo displayed as prominently as possible. Trade companies, franchise operations, security firms, courier services, and corporate teams all benefit from the increased branding visibility the square front provides.

Cotton twill is machine washable and retains its shape, colour, and smooth surface through regular laundering. The squared front panel maintains its structure over time.
