Trucker Mesh Cap With Flat Peak
American Premium Twill/Mesh Deep Fit Trucker with Stripes
Micro Fibre & Mesh Sports Cap with Reflective Trim
Product Description
The Premium Pioneer Sports Twill Cap with Tear Drop Perforations from Promotional Print adds ventilation to a premium cap without sacrificing structure or appearance. Small tear-drop shaped perforations are cut into the side panels of the cap, allowing air to flow through and cool the head during warm-weather wear and physical activity.
Standard caps can trap heat, especially during outdoor work and sport in the Australian climate. The tear-drop perforations address this by providing passive ventilation across the crown. Unlike mesh panels, which change the look and feel of a cap significantly, these perforations maintain the solid fabric appearance while letting air circulate. The result is a cap that stays cool without looking like it belongs exclusively on a sports field.
The sports twill body fabric is the same premium, tightly woven material used across the Pioneer range. It provides durability, colour retention, and a smooth surface for embroidery. The six-panel construction holds its shape, the pre-curved peak offers shade, and the adjustable rear closure ensures a comfortable, secure fit.
Embroidery branding on the front panels produces sharp, detailed results on the smooth twill surface. The tear-drop perforations sit on the side panels, so they complement the front branding rather than interfering with it. Promotional Print manages all embroidery in-house for consistent stitch quality and colour accuracy.
This cap is a smart choice for outdoor workers, sports coaches, weekend golfers, and anyone who spends time in the sun and values a bit of extra breathability. It suits trades businesses, outdoor event teams, corporate golf day merchandise, and retail headwear ranges aimed at active customers.
The sports twill fabric is machine washable and maintains its structure and colour through regular use. The perforations are cleanly cut and do not affect the cap's durability or lifespan.
Available in a range of colourways with competitive pricing. Promotional Print ships across Australia.
